Cancel Seller Snap Subscription

Users with the role of Account Owner or Seller Admin can cancel their Seller Snap subscription at any time for any reason by opening a support ticket from the app (top right corner Help menu > Contact Support), or via email at support@sellersnap.io.

Once a subscription is cancelled users will have access to repricing and the Seller Snap platform until the end of their billing period unless otherwise stated. From that date of termination, users will no longer be able to access their accounts.

Users MUST give a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation before their next billing cycle to allow Seller Snap adequate time to process the request. 

Seller Snap's team will be in touch with the Account Admin to process the request.
