FAQ: How to Change Amazon Seller Central's Report Language

Seller Snap database handles the processing of reports from Amazon. If the reports contain special characters, typically found in other languages other than English, these can result in errors. To avoid this, the reporting language needs to be changed to English.


Here's how:

  1. Log in to the Seller Central account.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Under the "Account Info" select "Feed Processing Report Language" or "Language for Feed Processing Reports".
  4. Select English.

Important: Users might see a setting called where the reports are "Localized"; this will automatically set the reporting language. Seller Snap works with English-only reports, therefore the setting should be disabled for certain stores like Germany.
