Listing State & Filters

Seller Snap provides an overview of all current and previous listings from Seller Central.

Listings are categorized into four separate states (or statuses) based on their availability to end-consumers.

Backordered items are included within the active listing state because they are still available for purchase on Amazon.

Users can filter by states, only viewing the listings that are relevant, and excluding those that are not.

Users can also select which listings state they want to view by view the checkboxes pictured below:

Premium subscribers can include listing states as part of Customizable Views that can be set to quickly answer questions about a store.

Please note: When Seller Snap is launched, users are shown Active & Out of Stock listings by default.
