Scheduled Reports allows users to have specific filtered Views emailed on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
How To Set Up Scheduled Reports
Follow these steps and get Scheduled Reports set up and running in no time. Users will need to set up Views first in order to use this feature.
Go to Settings > User Settings> Scheduled Reports
- Give your report a name
- Select which view you would like to schedule
- Select a store
- Decide if you want to include data from the previous period
- Choose Daily vs. Monthly report
- Enter email(s) destination for report
- Apply Changes
